NO DEAL HOPE CLUE AND CONFIDENCE ?-CRIME ELDER PEOPLE METRO

 INTRODUCTION--

A clear indication that rape cases are becoming increasingly common-

Elderly care: Why India is one of the countries to grow old in

-In 2016, the number of rapes increased by 5% compared to 2015. In 2017, the number of rapes has been increasing at a rate of 10%. A major problem in many countries including India, the USA, the UK, Australia, etc. Elderly people make up the largest group of homeless people. And while many elderly individuals are able to live independently, others need assistance to stay alive. Those who do not receive this help may find themselves sleeping under bridges and trash bins, especially if they lose their ability to walk due to illness. Their health issues alone cannot guarantee them housing, food, or medical care. Rising crimes against women and old age people in metropolitan cities OF INDIA are DIFFERENT.

Crimes Against Old Age People--

SILENT-CRIME AGAINST WOMEN

The number of elderly people victims of crime increased by 8% in 2016 compared to 2015. In addition, the number of elderly people who suffered from physical abuse increased by 7% in 2016. It is estimated that approximately half of all violent crimes in the U.S. are perpetrated against older adults.

How the Number Has Risen in Major Cities Around the World ?--

  • The number of rapes has been increasing over the years in metropolitan cities. The number of rapes has increased from 952 reported cases in 2000 to 2,859 reported cases in 2012. Another report released by the UNFPA in 2013 stated that 513 million women were victims of sexual violence worldwide. This represents nearly half of the female population aged 15–49.

WITH AGE FACE OLD AGE CRIMES EFFECT

  •  The total number of rapes had risen from 476,000 in 1990 to 782,000 in 2009.  India, according to figures published by the National Crime Records Bureau, the number of rapes reported in 2010 was 2,37,943. In cities like New York and Washington DC, statistics have shown that over 50% of rape victims are female. This has raised concern about the increase in violent crimes against women in these areas.

How the Number Rises In India Compared To Other Countries?

In India, the rate of CRIME is alarmingly high, especially in urban areas; according to the National Crime Records Bureau, nearly 40 per cent of rape cases reported between 2001-and 2003 were committed by someone known to the victim.

sad truths about the living conditions of the aged

Rise of crime data graph-Reason--

1-Cyber-Criminals.--

The rise of crime has been increasing over the years. This is due to the fact that criminals are becoming smarter and more organized. They have learned how to use technology to their advantage. Technology allows them to commit crimes without being caught. Criminals can post pictures of themselves committing crimes on these sites. Then they can share this information with other criminals who can then plan their attacks accordingly.

2-Drug abuse--

The reason why crimes are rising is due to the increase in drug abuse. Many criminals are now turning to drugs to help them cope with stress. Drugs make them feel better and give them a sense of pleasure. Drugs are illegal and cause addiction. When someone becomes addicted to drugs, they are likely to turn to crime to fund their habit.

3-Elderly people-fraudulent websites--

The number of elderly people is increasing rapidly. As society ages, the number of elderly citizens is expected to double by 2050. Elderly people are often victims of scams and frauds.  They are even scammed online through fraudulent websites.

How To Reduce All Types Of Crime In Women Especially Large City?--

Women are generally weak physically, they are at higher risk of being victimized than other groups of people. However, several methods have been developed to counter this issue-- 1-Increasing public awareness 2- Expanding shelters, which provide shelter and food to vulnerable populations. 3- Empowering women to seek legal protection 4-Providing training to police departments- 5- Domestic violence

VICTIM OF TIME
VICTIM OF TIME
Educate the public -Cybercrime-One way to stop crimes from happening is to educate the public about the dangers of cyber-crime. People should not share personal information on social networks. They should only send messages to friends and family members. If someone sends you a message that seems suspicious, do not reply.

Protecting laws--There are also laws that protect the elderly from being victimized. The government needs to enforce these laws. They need to provide education programs to teach people how to avoid scams and frauds.

Change our attitude- we need to change our attitude towards crime. We need to understand that criminals are human beings just like us. They want to live a good life just like everyone else.

HOW TO LIVE?-MEN'S AND WOMEN'S BRAINS REALLY DIFFER? LIVING PASSIONATELY

 QUIZ-TRUE & FALSE-

How To Live - Men's and Women's Brains Really Differ!--
Are male and female brains reall
Are male and female brains really

Do men have better brains than women? Is that why they are smarter? we explore the differences between male and female brains. We'll try to answer these questions and discover if there is any truth behind them. . These hidden unconscious thoughts can creep into everyday decisions, impacting us physically, mentally and emotionally. What does neuroscience say about our mind and how can we live a life happier?

1. -Women's brains are smaller than men's brains--

This is because women have fewer brain cells than men do. Women's brain cells are not just smaller; they are different from those of men. Men's brains have about 100 billion neurons while women's only have about 80 billion. In addition, women's brains contain fewer synapses (the connections between neurons). A neuron has many dendrites, which receive signals from other neurons, and axons transmit these signals to other neurons. Synapses are where the two nerve fibres come together.

2. Men have more grey matter than women--
A Male Brain V_s A Female Brain
A Male Brain Vs A Female Brain

There are several reasons why this occurs. First, men have more grey matter than women. Grey matter contains the cell bodies of neurons, whereas white matter contains long fibre tracts connecting the neurons. Second, men have more cerebral cortex than women. The cerebral cortex is the brain's outer layer, and it controls higher functions like thinking, reasoning, problem-solving, and memory. Third, men have more white matter than women. White matter is composed of bundles of nerve fibres that connect various regions of the brain. As we age, our white matter shrinks, but men tend to lose their white matter faster than women.

3. Multitasking--

Men's brains are better at multitasking than women's brains.

HUMAN IS LEARNING TILL DEATH- LIFE TEACHES A NEW LESSON AT EVERY STEP?

HUMAN IS LEARNING TILL DEATH- LIFE TEACHES A NEW LESSON AT EVERY STEP?

INTRODUCTION--
1. Human beings are learning till death- Life teaches a new lesson at every step! 2. Human beings are learning from their mistakes-3. Human beings are learning to live together4. Human beings are learning not to judge others 5. Human beings are learning tolerance 6. Human beings are learning how to forgive 7. Human beings are learning about patience 8. Human beings are learning that life is beautiful
9. Human beings are learning humility 10. Human beings are learning compassion-
11. Human beings are learning acceptance 12. Human beings are learning forgiveness 13. Human beings are learning love 14. Human beings are learning gratitude 15. Human beings are learning self-reliance

1- Everything is Temporary --

The very first thing you need to learn is that neither personality nor blessing is permanent in your life. When you understand this, you stop forcing people to stay in your life and let the person leave who wants to leave, you no longer force any relationship.

2- Life isn’t Fair--

Secondly, you have to absorb that nobody is granted a perfect life, you have to make it perfect. Because when we start expecting every blessing on our breakfast table without any hustle, we are just fooling ourselves. The life we want is on the other side of the hard work that we don’t want to do

.3- Beneath Anger is Always Fear--

The third step is to control your emotions before your emotions control you. Especially you need to control your anger that ultimately leads to fear, and this fear leads to negativity. When negativity overcomes your mind, your brain just stops working which is followed by a disaster ahead.
1.-What do we fear ?--

We fear what we don't understand. We fear what we can't control. We fear what we are not familiar with. We fear what we have never experienced before. We fear what we cannot predict. We fear what we don't know how to handle. We fear what we think we can't survive. We fear what we feel that we shouldn't experience. We fear what we believe we can't live without. We fear what we fear.

2.-What do we need to learn about ourselves?--

We need to learn about our own self-worth. We need to learn about our strengths and weaknesses. We need to learn how to accept responsibility for our actions. We need to learn to forgive others who hurt us. We need to learn compassion. We need to learn humility. We need to learn patience. We need to learn forgiveness. We need to learn acceptance. We need to learn love. We need to learn gratitude. We need to learn faith. We need to learn hope. We need to learn trust. We need to learn courage. We need to learn confidence. We need to learn perseverance. We need to learn determination. We need to learn commitment. We need to learn discipline.

4-The biggest Risk is taking no Risk--

In this current modern era where the world has become a global village and life is getting advanced day by day, it has become compulsory to take risks. If you try to examine the life of successful people deeply, you should come to know that every successful person is an action taker.
A -Life--

Life is what makes us human beings. We are not just physical bodies but spiritual beings too. Our life is our soul's journey. We are here to learn lessons and experience joys. When we die, we leave this world behind and move into another realm where we can live again. This is the reason that we should always try to make the best out of our lives and never take anything for granted.
 B. -Love--

Love is something that cannot be explained in words. You have to feel it yourself to understand its true meaning. If you don't love someone, then you won't know how much they mean to you. But if you do love them, you'll know exactly how much they mean to your heart.

C -Happiness--

Happiness is a feeling that comes from within. No matter what happens around you, you can still find happiness. There may be times when you're sad, but you can still find happiness in other things

5-A lifetime isn’t forever--

Another very important thing that you need to keep in your mind is that this life is not permanent. This helps you to make your decisions wisely and to set your priorities accordingly. And we all know that life is all about setting priorities and making the right decisions.

6-It’s doesn’t matter what people say and feel about you--

The biggest life lesson to learn in time is “How to overcome the fear of being judged?” Because when you start thinking about other people’s perceptions of you, You become demoralized and might start hating. This causes you to feel bad inside.

7-Our Mind is Our Best Friend And The Worst Enemy--

The last and final life lesson is about our minds. As mentioned earlier that you are the only reason for every incident that happens to you. Your mindset is the element that can make you either a winner or a loser.

HOW lOOK YOUNG?-WRINKLES I CAN'T LIE - AGE IS NOT JUST A NUMBER LIFE MIRROR

To get rid of wrinkles ageing marks look young!

What Type of Skin Do You Have?
DIFFERENCE IN FACE

What are wrinkles, anyway?

Wrinkles are folds, ridges and creases that appear on your skin naturally as you grow older. They tend to show up first on your face and the body parts often exposed to the sun, like your neck, hands, arms and legs. wrinkle-free.

in this case that is why we are going to talk about one of the biggest issues with age. it is the fact that wrinkles change. there is no clear answer as to why you start noticing them and how and when they start coming back.

what you don’t know is that there are many other things that are responsible for wrinkles other than age.

INTRODUCTION-

some are genetics and genes, some are lifestyle and diet, and more still is time. there’s a lot more to ageing than the time you live. Age is not just a number but it is something that takes on its own life and changes our appearance and outlook.

you will see those wrinkles at work you look at them and you might think is what I am. You don’t know it or even you don’t like it. I am here to say your wrinkles are a part of you and not your job.

How would you describe your pores?
How would you describe your pores?

I can’t lie. There are plenty of reasons that cause wrinkles. Some are hereditary and others are due to time.

Let's start with the inherited ones.

there are lots of people out there who will tell you that if you don't want to have wrinkly skin then you need to wait until you get old enough. they might be right, but why? Is there anything wrong with that? I wish someone could answer this for me but I would love to hear from someone else because I believe I am one in having wrinkles. maybe I am just too sensitive to something. It’s also hard to believe. In the media most of the time, there is a picture that makes us understand how wrinkles affect you and how easily it happens to you.

they are only two ways to look at the world, one being the older one or the younger one. There are many things they do to one such as stretch out of your face, make wrinkles, acne breakthrough, get rid of any imperfections and so much more. For example, when you go shopping for a few items in the store you see all the pictures that make you feel good about yourself. But your wrinkles and acne will come back when you try shopping and you won’t know because you got all their care plans and you will take off your makeup and makeup.

QUESTION -WRINKLES

How would you describe your complexion?
How would you describe your complexion?

I am going to discuss why wrinkles happen, why wrinkles are caused, what causes wrinkles, how long they start showing themselves and how to get rid of and control wrinkles.

1. Why does age occur-

a. Genetics and Genes

Some years ago, I thought about this question and I tried to find out what it was and I came up with two possible answers which were genetics and genes. the first is that genes and genes are what causes your body to grow. I have found many cases where people who have siblings are affected and have these genes.

b. Diet and Lifestyle Factors

In my observation what most people notice is that they have trouble eating because they get fatty or lack protein. This causes them to gain weight and then the fat builds upon them. I myself am not extreme and I don’t go that far, but the way I eat definitely has something to do with how bad my body is.

c. Time
I’m sure some people would agree this is true. If there is not a certain amount of time in your life your body gets used to a lifetime. it can take up so much effort for you to stay healthy.

2. Wrinkles Causes-

a. Genetics

Many people see wrinkles as a sign of the older one getting older. but it really isn’t. they can cause wrinkles without taking into account how you look in old age.

b. Lifestyle

Which parts (if any) of your face is oily?

For example, say that you worked hard and you give everything. Your body was given enough to build muscle you needed to build strength up but your hands were not strong enough to hold food well. That puts undue stress on your body. causing wrinkles to show.

c. Time

When you were a child and had very little or no time you had to do whatever and whenever required to be done. Now most people who work or eat a healthy diet and exercise and eat a balanced meal plan. they will look better in old age.

The symptoms-- The stretch marks are usually raised up in the middle of your brow and then appear around your eyes and under your eyes. 4. How Long It Takes For Wrinkles to Show Up-

a) How long do wrinkles take before they show- when I was 18 I saw the first signs of wrinkles. I didn’t think that much at that time. I did it slowly and I started thinking, “I don’t know, that’s going to be over soon”. I continued seeing smaller markings on my neck, shoulders and jaw. the first thing I noticed was the stretch mark appearing on my neck which was not an unusual occurrence but a sign that something wasn’t quite right. the symptoms

5. Treatments of Wrinkles-
Dry skin
Dry skin

Treatments of wrinkles are basically changing the way that you view wrinkles. they don’t cure wrinkles but they help slow the process. some people say they want to make the process easier by removing the cellulite. they also say that they want to reduce pain and increase your mood. some people tell you not to change the way you think that age is happening. some say that it is easier to fight with age. some people say that they should stop looking at it as a set of scales.

6. Types of wrinkles-

Facial wrinkles

This is the oldest stage in the way that they look in your adult life. they are bigger with facial wrinkles but they aren’t noticeable. these wrinkles have been there for years. for example, when I was 8 I would sometimes be teased about the wrinkles under my eyes, and I was told to stop looking at the wrinkles the way I looked and stop doing sports that involved sitting and putting my head under it. I stopped looking at it like that and I started thinking, that’s a cute picture but I really shouldn’t be worrying about my looks. I stopped looking at the wrinkles the way I looked and I started worrying about how other people viewed me and I started questioning myself, was I good enough? the reason that people would stare in awe at my wrinkles and not even realize I had them was that I began caring more about how others saw me. the reason they were so different and beautiful was that at 10 years old my mother started saying.

Rapid urbanization in India- Livable Cities

Rapid urbanization is taking a heavy toll on the livability of Indian cities. Issues such as the quality and conservation of open public places, the efficiency of public transport networks and urban mobility, and access to food are all being impacted. The Livable Cities program improves the quality of cities by ensuring access for the most vulnerable to healthy transportation, healthy foods, parks and public spaces.  There is a very different situation in Indian society for liable for an elder person because this condition is under development by govt. To some extent, some cities are good in this section.

Studies show that the way cities are built impacts people:

  • Risk of non-communicable diseases (NCDs)
  • Risk of injury
  • Exposure to air pollution
  • Vulnerability to the effects of climate change
  • Ability to be gainfully employed
  • Ability to interact and build relationships with neightbours.

HAPPYNESS IS ALWAYS ALONG WITH THE LIFE

Special needs are often faced with a wide range of challenges. These challenges may be new and different from anything you’ve ever experienced. The good news is that these challenges are also opportunities for you and your family. With the support of your friends and family, you can overcome these challenges, grow as a family, and help your child succeed in life. A child with special needs may experience a variety of different developmental, medical, and learning challenges. These may include developmental delays, such as low IQ, learning disabilities, or attention problems; medical conditions, such as autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Fragile X syndrome, or Huntington’s disease; and behavioural problems. These challenges can make parenting a child with special needs challenging. But, with the support of your friends and family, you can also make it into an even more rewarding experience.

This may make it harder for you to recognize and understand your ageing parent’s needs as well as their feelings.

There are many different stages of life that all parents experience throughout their lifetime. But, as we get older, our brains and bodies slow down — which can make it harder to think, remember, and focus.

Understanding how ageing changes your brain--

The brain changes as we get older, but that doesn’t mean your ageing parent’s brain is different from yours. The brain is the only organ that never stops growing. As long as you are healthy and have regular brain activity, your brain will continue to develop and change. Healthy brains also change when we’re children. As we get older, our brains change and become less active. However, certain factors may make your brain change more quickly and become less active sooner, including Unhealthy lifestyle factors, such as smoking, drinking, and lack of sleep

As you get older, many parts of your body can slow down or stop working altogether. For example, your eyes and muscles may not work as quickly, and your digestive system may not work as well. It’s normal to feel sadness or anger more often as you get older, and it’s OK to have fewer “spark” moments of happiness. It’s also normal to experience physical changes, such as Difficulties moving, such as difficulty walking, climbing stairs, or using the bathroom

Syncope is a sudden loss of consciousness and is usually caused by an underlying medical condition, such as a heart condition or low blood pressure. It can also happen as a result of ageing, no matter how healthy you are.
