This includes a variety of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, beans, legumes, potatoes (or sweet potatoes), whole flax seeds, oats bran, brown rice, nuts, almond milk, dark leafy greens, whole grains, soy, lean meats, eggs, and dairy products.
People think of calorie-dense food
You may not like them all, and you may find something tasty about others. . I’m sure it works for some people, but many more people I have worked with over the years have never tried these foods due to our cultural conditioning. When most people think of calorie-dense food they think of soda; fast food; processed meat; unhealthy baked goods; candy bars and cupcakes. We didn’t develop cultures as we did traditions. For centuries this diet has been around. It was eating out, at least 6 days a week, which is what made me start noticing rapid weight loss. Here is what I learned about the body-mind connection that explains why when I stopped watching TV, read books, eat healthier, exercise more and started exercising regularly, I could see an improvement immediately in my mind-body connection, and with rapid weight loss.
It all comes down to acceptance.
Why does everything have to end up like that?” That’s because our brains have been conditioned and taught that everything ends or turns out poorly. We’re basically programmed to do certain things to survive. There is always going to be a negative element in your life, just like there is with everything else or everyone else. That doesn’t mean that you have problems, issues or bad relationships when you are younger and these things are not important in your future or career. It means it is okay that negative thoughts come to you whether you are ready or not. Now you need to ask yourself, ‘Do I really want to be in a relationship and just be selfish? Or am I truly happy with myself and want a fulfilling life?’ The answer: it all comes down to acceptance.

When I started following a balanced diet, I learned a lot about myself, including my habits. Yes, I have a sweet tooth, I love chocolate, I love ice cream, I love to cook, I love coffee, coffee, too much caffeine, I love alcohol, I hate coffee, drinking too much, I love to drink, I love to binge movies, I love Netflix and enjoy video games and I love to spend time with my kids and grandkids. These aren’t any of the typical ingredients that someone would use to create a successful diet, but I’ve grown to love consuming them as well, and it is becoming an addiction. When I started to focus less on dieting and more on other aspects of their lives, It was hard to change my mindset because I was so hard on myself for being such a bad person, but I needed to learn that I had a bigger role to play in having better mental health and happiness
