How did this anti-ageing work on the skin after the fifties?
They're quick, easy, and entirely image-changing — so why are you neglecting them?

NATURAL HERBAL PREPARATION-“SkinCare” Naturally
For instance, as a 20-year-old guy who has had acne since he was 13–14, I suffer from a terrible hormonal imbalance and I’ve been using an amazing herbal remedy to help me. I am not alone when I say that these herbs can work wonders, and my two favourite things include turmeric root (used for everything) and peppermint essential oils. I cannot wait for some research findings to start popping up on those internet forums, where we will be able to finally find out how the herbs affect our skins - and I can't wait to see them properly explain the benefits of it. And I do have a feeling that if this happens, everyone else will fall behind. For now, though, I want you to know exactly how I got started with the herbs. I started doing research into my own body’s natural healing properties, and I did this through experimentation, experimenting, and trial and error. If you haven’t tried the traditional ‘natural’ methods, you may not be aware of the fact that ancient PEOPLE of India used skin care naturally without any expenses through home treatments. The Indian parents and their children follow the care structure of the mother and Grandmother.

10 New Dos and Don'ts of SkinCare --
1. Use products that have SPF 15 or higher.--Sunscreen should be applied at least 30 minutes before going outside and reapplied after swimming or sweating. If you're using a spray-on sunscreen, apply it liberally and rub it well. Makeup with SPF is not always a substitute for sunscreen
2. Avoid sunscreens containing oxybenzone (found in some brands) and retinoids (found in many brands). These chemicals may cause skin irritation, including redness, peeling, dryness, scaling, and burning.
3. Sandwich sunscreen after all skincare and before makeup--Apply sunscreen daily, even if you don't go out in the sun. Sun exposure causes damage over time, and applying sunscreen regularly helps prevent further damage.
4. Wear protective clothing and hats while spending time in the sun.-- Wear long sleeves, pants, and a hat. Cover exposed skin with clothing, not just sunscreen.
5. Protect your lips and eyes with lip balm and eye cream.--Apply lip balm frequently throughout the day to protect your lips from the elements. Also, use eye cream to keep your eyes moisturized.
6. Wash your hands often.--Use soap and warm water to wash your hands thoroughly. Rinse them off immediately afterwards.
7. Keep your nails short and clean.--Nails should be kept trimmed and free of dirt and debris. Nail polish should be removed at least once per week.
8. Get regular checkups.--If you notice any changes in your skin, schedule an appointment with your dermatologist.
9. If a little is good, more is better does not apply to skincare-- If your skin is slightly sensitive to a “beneficial” ingredient, try using it twice a week or apply a soothing moisturizer before a serum with the ingredient in question to cut the intensity. Redness is always a red flag that there's inflammation — dangerous for the skin
10. Skin oils are team players or stand-alone solutions-- Oils are not the same thing as serums but can work with them — serum under moisturizer, oil over moisturizer for a radiant look. Face oils have essential fatty acids that help keep the skin's outermost lipid barrier layer strong and supple to prevent water loss.
