What is Happening? — Know Your Condition
In men over 60, the prostate gland gradually enlarges (called BPH — Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia). It presses on the urethra and bladder, causing urinary problems. This is very common — over 50% of men above 60 experience it.

Drug Interactions: If you take blood pressure medicines, alpha blockers can dangerously lower BP further. Never self-medicate. Consult your physician.
